Developer Dossier

The Development Corporation offers support to developers and entrepreneurs setting up their enterprise in Karmiel through all stages of planning and development. Each developer is given a detailed Developer Dossier at the onset offers ongoing support for each and every stage, both by including the applicable forms and by providing personal support for each stage. Developers looking to set up their factory in the Karmiel Industrial Zone are invited to enter the Guidelines for Land Allotment form which outlines the processes and documents required during the land allocation process.
